A 6-Month Course in Developing Multidimensional Awareness

Join Exo Studies pioneer Sean Esbjörn-Hargens Ph.D. for a 6-month experiential course in developing and activating various forms of multidimensional awareness. Each week we will draw on three major traditions (Hermetic, Yogic, and Theosophical) to explore the 3 worlds of Body, Soul, and Spirit using your 9 subtle bodies and your 20 distinct subtle senses. Participants can choose to work with one, two, or all three of these paths over the course of the program. The focus is on doing practices each week from these traditions in a systematic way and then comparing experiences together through online discussion and live calls.
The goal of this course is to cultivate our subtle bodies and their associated subtle senses so we can enter various subtle worlds and interact with the vast variety of beings that exist in these realms. In other words, our goal is to develop our consciousness so we can make contact with non-human intelligences that inhabit our multidimensional cosmos. A wide variety of contact modalities will be used and discussed (e.g., lucid dreaming, astral travel, meditation, CE-5, and imaginal explorations). This will be a predominately experiential program though Sean will situate your explorations within the larger context of Exo Studies and our “Wild Kosmos” that he has been mapping out for the last three years.
There will be 3 main books we will be working with:
We will work with each of the 10 steps for 2 weeks.
We will work with each of the 9 subtle bodies for 2 weeks.
We will work with each of the 20 practices for 1 week.
Also, toward the end of the course, we will be working with some MerKaBa meditations.
Cost & Schedule
Starts the week of May 23rd and goes till November 23, 2022.
Each week, there will be two live calls:
- Tuesdays @ 1:00 PM
- Thursdays @ 8:00 PM
US Eastern time zone (i.e. New York time).
During the 6 months there will be 4 integration weeks (TBD) where there will be no live calls or new practices. We will use a Slack space for conversations each week. All calls will be recorded and posted in Slack.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an invitation to the course’s private Slack space so you can begin connecting with other participants right away.

Sean Esbjörn-Hargens Ph.D. has spent his life developing “metaintegral” approaches to the fields of ecology, mixed-methods research, psychology & consciousness studies, philosophy of science, holistic education, and post-capital models of measuring social impact. For the last three years, he has been developing the new field of Exo Studies – exploring the implications of anomalous realities and experiences for our understanding the nature of reality. Sean is very passionate about developing new metaviews of what it means to be living in a multidimensional multiverse.
